What is the return policy?
You have 30 days to return or exchange your sunnies! All returns are free, no restocking fees or hidden interest! We will email you a pre-paid shipping label. It is all done through the application above! First you will let us know why you are exchanging or returning. Then check your email and get your return label to shoot it back to us! Once that is generated, you'll receive your instant credit to the site if you would like to choose another pair.
Just returning? Hold onto that credit to get your full refund once we receive your package at HQ!
Snow Accessories Return and Exchange Policy
EPIC X is happy to offer free returns and exchanges on all EPIC X items. However, we require all apparel to be returned WITH the tags on. Apparel returns will NOT be accepted if the tags have been removed. In addition, all returned items must be in new condition to receive a refund. This means no obvious wear or tear to the item.

What is your warranty?
If you have a damaged item that needs to be replaced, please send a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and our customer service will be in touch with you.
Outside of the 1 year window? Still shoot us a photo of your damaged item and we’ll hook you up with a discount to purchase a replacement.
Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft or anything unrelated to poor manufacturing and workmanship will not be considered for replacement.
How do exchanges work?
After you submit your item(s) and generate your return label, you'll instantly receive store credit for your goods. Hop onto the website and get your new items immediately! If you don't use your entire credit, we'll shoot it back to your card once we get your package!
Is it easy to return or exchange items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
What items are returnable?

Once your items are inspected by mermaids, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
